We are focused on the manager workspace: shared AI profiles from short questionnaires, 1-on-1 notes and prep chat, pulse surveys with anonymous aggregates, team context / Team Brief, and action points that stay visible between meetings.

We publish practical guides on 1-on-1s, pulse vs annual listening, psychological safety, and engineering leadership on the blog — the same problems the product is built for.
What we care about
Trust-first listening. Conversations that start from understanding, not guesswork. Small habits managers will actually use between meetings — not another survey that dies in a dashboard.
What would help
- Engineering managers and people partners willing to try Work and tell us what broke in their real 1-on-1 rhythm
- Feedback on the demo and on where pulse → conversation still feels clumsy
