Team listening & follow-through
Pulse surveys (templates, send to team, anonymous aggregates), team context questionnaire with Team Brief, team AI assistant, and member/team action points linked to 1-on-1 notes.
Managers can send a pulse to a roster, track completion from the dashboard, and read team-level trends without exposing individual answers when anonymity rules apply. Action points created during 1-on-1s roll up to open counts so commitments are visible between meetings.

Teams and members, manager and team member surveys, shared AI profiles, 1-on-1 notes, and per-member AI chat for 1-on-1 prep.
The pilot focused on replacing ad hoc prep with shared context: both sides see practical do and don't guidance generated from questionnaires, and managers can regenerate analysis when answers change.
