- Complete the team member survey; your AI team member profile is generated for both of you.
- The same profile and analysis are visible to your manager on your member page—aligned expectations, not one-sided notes.
- View your manager's AI manager analysis profile so you know how they work.
- When your manager sends a pulse, respond in-app; optional shared results let you see team-level themes after you submit.
- Add action points for yourself when you want shared follow-ups your manager can see.
