What does iSilta include beyond 1-on-1s?

Who completes surveys first?
Managers should complete their profile so team members can see how they work. Team members use the link from team overview; managers unlock full member tools after the member survey and AI analysis exist.
How do pulse surveys work?
Managers send a template to one team at a time. Anonymous pulses show aggregates only (with minimum response thresholds for breakdowns). Managers can optionally share results with the team after members submit.
What is the AI chat for?
Member chat: private coaching for prep and debrief on one direct report—grounded in their questionnaire, AI profile, and your 1-on-1 notes. Team chat: planning and pulse readouts grounded in Team Brief and aggregates—not attribution of anonymous answers. Neither replaces HR, legal, clinical, or safeguarding support.
Is this a performance review tool?
No. HR records, ratings, and salary data are out of scope. The focus is communication, relationship quality, listening, and 1-on-1 preparation.
Can team members sign up alone?
They join via a personal link from their manager or email provisioning. Company signup is for organization admins.
Can data be reset?
Surveys and AI analysis can be deleted for operational reset (see your admin or support process).
